International Travel Questions

I have a small group of employees heading to South East Asia for a business trip. We are a small company and wondered if we need to buy them special travel health Insurance or will our US medical insurance work over there? I also wondered if othe comapnies pay for employee Home Security Systems if you send them on travel a lot. We have had the request and wondered if it is common? I had another questions but can't remember it now. Thanks for the help.
